Contract Polices and Regulations

• Pricing: A minimum charge of $1000.00 in food and beverages is room, Children age 3 to 9 are considered kids.  Credit card payments will be charged 3% additional.  All prices are subject to a 6% Michigan Sales Tax and 20% Service charge.  X______
• Deposits/Cancellations: Non-refundable $250 deposit required at the signing. Cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed and the remaining deposit will be refunded provided date is rebooked. If date is not rebooked, full deposit will be forfeited. X _____
• Service Charge: Includes white linens, burgundy napkins, table set-ups (min. 8 per table), buffet set-up, clean up and two tables for Cake/Gift.
• Additional Charges: : Extra table set-up cost is $25.00. If cake is served prior to dessert, $1.00 per person is charged for plate, fork and paper napkin set-up. Cutting and serving cake individually $1⁰⁰ per guest. X_____
• Timing: Banquet room party time is limited to 4 hours. Room must be vacated by 3.30 p.m. for lunch function and 09:300 p.m. for dinner function. Additional time beyond allocated will be charged at $80 for each additional half hour.     X_____
• Outside alcohol/food: Absolutely no outside food or alcohol is permitted, except cake. Food provided by Rangoli is for consumption on premises only. X_____
• Decoration: Renter may be able to come an hour prior for decoration of the hall if available. Only Clear adhesive tape can be used for decoration only in the designated areas. Check for designated areas. Use of tacks, brads, nails, or any other adhesive on any surface in hall is strictly prohibited. The use of confetti is strictly prohibited, if used min. $200 will be charged for cleanup. No decorations may be hung from the ceiling. Hosts are responsible for removal of all decorations in the hall incl. the clear adhesive tape at the end of the function. If excessive cleanup is necessary, a suitable charge will be applied. X_____
• Buffet: Minimum guaranteed guest count should be given one week prior to the function date. If the actual guest counts is more than 10% above min. guaranteed from confirmed, extra $2.00 per person will be charged for additional guests.  X_____
• Menu: The menu should be finalized two weeks prior to the event. Any changes after that cannot be guaranteed. X____
• Sound System: Sound system in banquet hall is strictly for background music.
• Payment: Full payment based on an estimated invoice is due five days before the event. Any variations will be settled immediately following the event. X_____ (NO EXCEPTIONS)
