TestimonialDecember 20, 2004
Dear Amit
My wife Geetha and I want to thank you very much for the delicious food and the outstanding service you provided during my daughter's reception at the Hilton on saturday, December 18, 2004.
Not a single one from the nearly 350 attendees complained about the food; Infact, numerous people walked up to me and complimented about the excellent quality of the food. Many of my friends went for more than one 'helping' which convinced me that they all like it very much.
I did not get to enjoy all the items, because I was busy playing 'host' to the guests. But what little I tried, they were delicious.
Overall, it was a pleasure to have you guys take care of the catering. I would recommend you guys without any reservation to all my friends when there is an opportunity.
Please extend my thanks to all the chefs, wait staff, and others who took care of this job. Thanks again
best regards
Dr.S.Rangaswamy

More about Rangoli | About Indian Cuisine The birth of classic cuisine in India can be attributed largely to necessity. As early civilizations sought ways to preserve their food, they discovered a large family of ingredients that would not only preserve food but would also promote good health. Blending these amazing spices became an art form over time. Achieving the perfect proportion of spices is absolutely vital to the creation of authentic, delicious Indian dishes. More |
